All of a sudden institutions like the ring which have been around longer than we`ve all been alive have NO credibility because some thimble necked gimp says so.Its ludicrous.I dont know what the **** is wrong with boxing fans.Most here have the collective intelligience of a family of mice and the rest are just lemmings who blindly follow there poster boy with no regard whatsover to a more subjective look at a fighters style opposition and ring generalship.Hatton fans are seriously stunted.I dont think boxing has ever witness`ed anything like them.There like dogs with blind loyalty.

 

Tis true scurla,most fans are not very knowledgable and the amount of crap i see on the general forum is incredible....someone has just posted that mayweather is in the top three welter punchers of all time with hearns and robinson....:rofl :nut atsch

As for the training section,scurla you would cry if you went and heard the **** in there. Guys who have never even so much as punched a ****ing a4 piece of paper giving advice on how to improve the conditioning of world champs like calzaghe and co...:yikes

 

Iv seen it already.I rarely if ever post in the training section.Theres too many cretins that simply dont know what there talking about.And all the good ones that did rarely post.I occasionally lurk on the general forum when theres topics on British fighters but this is way too much for me.Iv never read so much rank stupidity in my life.:twisted:

 

I sometimes post on the general forum to give a little bit of perspective on things and to let the youngsters know that the check hook was around before monetary may was even dreamt of. I try to inject a little rationality and objectivity at times,but i feel like dick van dyke sticking his finger in the dam.....Too much crap to clean up.....Ah,the joys of armchair punditry,fanboyism and youth....:nut

Witter goes into his shell and stops throwing, Hatton would put him into this shell and dominate him.

Witter would quit on his stool/get stopped somtime after round 6.

So, how is your stable of World Champions coming along? and your Title Belts? I trust they are safely on the mantlepiece ready to be dusted-off for your next defence? Otherwise, throwing around terms like "armchair punditry" - on an internet chatroom - has a slight whiff of hypocracy to it...

As for "fanboyism"... well I support Hatton's effort and the fact that he stepped up to fight the best boxer in the world. He's very limited and only the most die-hard fans gave him any chance against Floyd. On top of all that, I have a natural dislike for anything related to Manchester City. :yep

I wouldn't class any of that as fanboyism, but I suppose someone of your infinite wisdom might have a different perspective on things.
