The idea is that Johnson will not fight like Abraham and will come forward and take the fight to the inside and rough Froch up. This is a guy who roughed up the big man Tavoris Cloud and gave Bad Chad a very good fight in the first fight, which I thought he lost very close.

Personally I think its a very very very tough fight for Froch because Johnson is much better than he looks and has the style to take the fight inside. He may be stronger than Froch. Froch will need to use his slickness (yes slickness!) and keep hitting and moving. If the fight gets to the inside, Johnson will rough him up and maul him.

I'm a big Froch fan and I think this will be tough. You simply cannot underestimate a fighter like Johnson

I think Froch will hurt him with a lot of uppercuts.

Yep it's going to be tough.

Froch seems to have matured of late maybe fatherhood and the loss to Kessler all around same time has made it dawn on him that fighting for fans and proving his metal doesn't win fights in Boxing.

I think it will take another AA type display against Johnson to win. It's going to have to be disciplined and astute and he will have to grind with the truest of grinders but i believe he will do so.

I think people are getting a little bit carried away I don't think it will be that tough for Carl this is a Johnson who is 42 been beat fourteen times, has been beat by our very own Clinton woods and was also behind on the scorecards to a average fighter like Allan green

People thinking this is going to be as simple as Froch 'keeping his range', 'sticking to the gameplan' and all those lovely sayings are delusional.

Froch isn't as good at that as Abraham made it look. It's easy to do that when your opponent is unwilling to come through anything and has poor feet. Abraham was a sitting duck waiting for things to happen rather than creating opportunities.

Johnson has fought everyone, he's always been willing to come through fire. This will be no different for him. Froch is going to have to handle himself well up close. He doesn't have to outhustle Johnson up close but he's got problems to deal with.

End of the day Froch should win as he has every conceivable advantage and Johnson is the one that has to make things happen which is never ideal, you want to hold the cards. Froch will probably eek this one out on points.

    This is Carl's to lose.

Johnson is great, but it's a step too far him.

If i were Froch i would go to the body with combinations and try to slow Johnson down, then he can pick him off at range, not so easy to do though..Johnson will have his moments but i think Froch UD 116-112

Whatever happens in this fight, I'm just delighted Froch has the opportunity to fight someone like Johnson. It really shows how far he's come.

Im a big Froch fan but this is by no means a easy fight, Johnson is fit and strong at the weight he will be coming forward from round 1 to 12... Possible fight of the year, Froch loves a good tear up.

Pretty sure most people are calling this a tough fight but one Froch should win

Should be a good 'un. Johnson never disappoints, and it's a question of will Froch replicate the style that dismantled a lethargic AA, or resort to caveman slugging. Fancy a bit of both, and with the road warrior's will and relentlessness on another level to the likes of Abraham and Dirrel, another definite winner will be viewing public.
