And the truth is GGG is not Mattsysse. He is a top boxer, who puts heavy pressure via fast hands and crippling power.

Mayweather and Hopkins will NEVER fight GGG. GGG would KO them both.

Still think Lara would be a stylistic nightmare for GGG.

decoded this means : GGG is a highlight reel headlined by a victory over fearsome ATG matthew macklin as his crowning glory, and ward/Floyd are so good at what they do that their opponents just can't seem to make a fight of it

Name a fighter 2 divisions below GGG and 2 divisions above him and claim they're both ducking him. Right.

So what you're saying is that I should stop watching one of my favourite fighters box, just cos another boxer who I also happen to like happened to lose? Perhaps I should just give up watching boxing altogether, to save myself from the massive emotional trauma of the realisation that for one guy to win another has to lose. I thank you for saving me from this yawning pit of despair, you must be a truly kind and thoughtful individual to care so much about the well being of others.

Wait a minute though, what about you? The schadenfraude that so obviously drives your posts could wither and die without the despair of boxing fans to feed off - perhaps you should put your own well-being first?

I'll do my best to harden my heart against the inevitable tragic first loss of Golovkin, and seek solace and trauma councilling (from the appropriate agencies) but wish to offer you heartfelt thanks for your warning.

Please, please would you tell me which fighter(s) will beat GGG though, so I can save myself the agony of seeing him lose....I...I...think it might be too much for me to watch (tears are welling in my eyes at the very thought of it...) I wouldn't mind so much if it were Ward, perhaps I could live with that...but tell me the names of the others, please, outta the goodness of your heart...

    :patsch

Nope, Lara doesn´t have much hype.

Butt GGG does have, eventhough he still hasn´t beaten anyone of notice.

Well I'm a GGG fan. I believe that P4P, Mayweather may well be better (certainly is based on resume) And although the Mayweather fight even at 154 will never happen (even without the cold-war), I believe that H2H GGG would win - that's just speculation tho, 'cos there's no way of proving it either way.

Ward vs Golovkin, OTOH has signs that it's a fight that HBO would like see made, possibly even next year. At this point in time, I still see it as a close Ward win, but let's wait'n'see shall we. In time the question shall be answered. This is the fight I'd like to see, though even GGG -Froch would be a war.

I don't want to see GGG protected, simply for the sake of keeping his 0, I want him to get in there with fighters who can challenge him. Unfortunately, there ain't many left at 160.

Go on then, who does he have to beat to be worthy at 160? Lara? Or would that be 154?

(actually at 154 it's a fight I wouldn't mind, specially if Murray doesn't take up his mando, but ain't Lara GBP?)
