Round 1.

Lorenzo tentative not using the jab throwing a few lead rights instead. Marquez forcing him to the ropes but not throwing or landing much. Lorenzo lands a couple of good rights late to take the round.
Lorenzo 10-9

 

Round One - (by the way Lorenzo = GL, Marquez = RM...saves time)

GL looks bigger and stronger...feeling wach other out, RM applying subtle pressure, GL lands crisp right, not huge but fast and clean.

Marquez jabs a rangefinder early, Lorenzo retreating. Southpaw stance causing a problem?

Great right by Lorenzo, good speed, sharp

Marquez started ok, some impressive handspeed from Lorenzo

Marquez had some good moments early on but Lorenzo landed the better shots and took control later on.

Could be even but I'll give Lorenzo the 10-9 round

 

Marquez really can't win this. He's been shot for awhile and has a style pretty much terrible for fighting bigger guys.

 

Lorenzo has had Marquez hurt twice this round. He's got some pop in those hands and had Marquez on the ropes for a while. Marquez definitely wants to slow the pace down and try to be cautious with Lorenzo or else it'll be a short night. Lorenzo looks the part of the younger fighter.

Round 2 to Lorenzo 10-9

 

Round 2.

Neither fighter throwing much the first half, then Lorenzo lands a few good combinations, started by lead right hands, backs off in the final 30 seconds despite lack of aggression and activity from Marquez.

GL 20-18

 

Lorenzo doesn't jab at all, hands down style relying on speed and reflexes leading with a right cross

Lorenzo looks bigger, stronger, quicker and Marquez has felt the power and looks shellshocked but continues coming forward

GL comes on with some good hard punches, unleashed a few while RM was on the ropes, RM not working effectively, GL taking his time and picking shots,

damn im so mad because i could have went to this fight but my family decided to add me in for a vacation in minnesota..

so disapointed

i hope nobody has any explosive knockouts

Marquez begins aggressive and controls the first half of the round , not much activity in the second ahlf with Marquez resting and Lorenzo waiting for counter opportunities.Round to Marquez
