I dont think anyone would beat him but a fight with Pac would be one of the greatest fights ever.

I'd favor Pac. Pryor leaves himself exposed too often for Pac not to capitalize.

Pryor-Gamboa would be possibly be fight of the decade for however long it would last.

 

Gamboa is far too small for Pryor that would be an early KO for Pryor.

Pryor destroys everyone currently at 135 or 140 including Pac

 

With his speed and power, Pac always has a chance, but Pryor was a phenom, seemingly unbeatable at his prime. Just wondering, anyone know why Pryor and Duran didn't meet around 1980? They were only a division apart at that point.

Pryor is the most overrated jackoff in the history of the sport. His only big win is completely tainted and against a smaller man moving up. His trainer ended up going to prison for cheating.

What the hell is it with this guy? He's done NOTHING to warrant the kind of man-love he gets. He was a cheat. The most clear definition of overrated you could ever want to find. He has a victory over a 35 year old Cervantes on the verge of retirement as his only significant accomplishment besides beating Arguello, which he couldn't have done without cocaine. He clearly cheated against AA who was moving up in weight. He was fighting guys with records like 16-5, 17-8... freaking 1-6 over 20 fights into his career.

Not only is Gamboa not in Pryor's class, nor will he ever be... but you DO realize that Gamboa is a jnr lightweight, and Pryor was a jnr welter... right?

So Panama Lewis' "secret mix" made Aaron Pryor a whirlwind beast who had great speed, power, and who threw from all angles? **** if there was a mix that did that... dont you think EVERY fighter of today would be like Pryor? And dont you think Lewis would have had more fighters like Pryor?

Aaron Pryor was just a special fighter. It had nothing to do with his training, any "cheating" is pure speculation. He was even a phenom as a amateur.

And theres no way in holy hell that JMM beats Pryor! We just saw JM with his hands full against Juan Diaz... how the **** is he gonna deal with Pryor?

Yea I realize. Gamboa has fought at 130 and I would expect him to move up to 135 at some point in his career. The fight between him and Pryor would be nothing short of fireworks. Obviously Pryor is the bigger man and would more than likely score a quick KO; none the less the fight would be supremely entertaining for however long it would last.

 

I think it'd be too one sided to be entertaining.

 

i honestly believe pryor beatsac ko, jmm ko, shane ud/sd, pw ud, valero ko. He had the kind of tenacious aggression that is very rarely see. If u brawl with him he knocks you out but he had mad boxing skills if you wanted to go down that route.
