Dirrell certainly has the tools. At 168 I think AA comes forward a bit more. At least he did against JT. His power can have a 'pressure' all its own. Doesn't take too many of his shots landing solidly to alter a gaime plan. We need to see more of him at 168 to be sure. At 160 he would play his brand of 'rope a dope' to conserve energy since he was weigh drained.

Abraham will probably take a decision win. He's not as slow and gangly as Froch and seeing how Dirrell treats his fights with big punchers (Froch and Curtis Stevens), I could see a lot of back pedaling from him.

I will say that if Andre puts on another fight as horrific as the one we saw between he and Froch, he should be kicked out of the Super Six.

Maybe if he gets knocked down early he will kick into gear like he did after the KD against Froch. :D

Of course less chance of him getting up from a KD against AA.....

I really don't know what to make of this fight...... I can see Dirrell, having found a bit of fortitude late in his last fight, giving AA enough speed and movement and taking a decision. But I can also see Abraham knocking Dirrell around like gumby.

I hope he does not fight like he did against Froch.

Dirrel is very fast when he is not tripping over his own God Damn feet! Micheal Douglas starred in a movie about Dirrell's fighting style. It was called "Falling Down!" A lot of people seem to be unaware of it, but Dirrell tripping over his own feet did not start in the Froch fight. He did the same thing against Hanshaw.

Dirrell's clinching technique is also horrendous. He does not come in behind a jab at all, nor attempt to tie his opponents arms up. He just jumps in with his hands down, and makes a wild grab for anything he can get a hold of.

In my opinion Arthur Abraham is one of the most over rated fighters on the planet, but he is going to knock this cat out. Dirrell is just way to clumsy and makes way to many mistakes to hang with AA for 12 L-O-O-O-NG rounds.

AA showed some good work to the body in his fights. Some early fights and the Oral and Marquez fights come to mind. I m curious if the bodywork will be a decisive factor in this fight.
AA struggeld with guys, that weren´t as gifted as Dirrell in the past. I can see Dirrell winning on points.
But I ´ll root for AA to k.o. Dirrell

Dirrell has the tools. The biggest difference between he and Abraham is Abraham has the balls to use his tools when push comes to shove on the big stage. I don't know if Dirrell does because his first attempt out may have been just a glitch. If he bounces back and shows the will, he has the right stuff to dethrone the King. I'm pulling for AA though because he's one of the few fighters that I specifically like on a personal level.

Dirrell intermittently looked the goods when he finally opened up rather than avoiding Froch and pot-shotting for 9 rounds. But opening up against Abraham is a very very bad idea.

He seems so easy to land on and throws relatively little back, so his opponents - all to a man - think they've got his number and for just a second, forget who they're in against.

Abraham just waits for that moment. And Dirrell will be no different. He looks fragile, and he's probably getting Jermaine'd in the late rounds.

I said before the Taylor fight that if AA is able to win by points against Taylor I'll have him as the favorite to win the whole thing.

Only if Dirrell can stick to a very disciplined game plan he will able to survive 12 rounds against Abraham. Even then, I can't see him winning a decision. I predict Abraham to KO Dirrell between round 9 and 12...

Dirrell will outbox AA. AA is onedimensional fighter without good footwork, movement.

Dirrell will win by wide UD if the fight takes place.
