That would be great if he fought Mora. The latin fake will be knocked out. then he'll retire and we'll never have to hear about him again.

Abraham is a good fighter and he fought decent opposition so far.....and whats the big deal if he fights our of Germany? Those judges and referees are usually American anyway

I think that Abraham would probably defeat fellow champion Sturm.

Abraham is a good fighter and to fight the winner of Pavlik/Taylor is the right thing to do. I'll still pick both Pavlik and Taylor over Abraham though...

Abraham is a solid fighter with extreme toughness and a big punch. He'd be a big threat to anybody at middleweight.

Actually he gave Miranda a boxing lesson from which Miranda learned nothing. Good thing Randy Travis was the referee, any normal ref would have disqualified Miranda.

Seldom have I seen such a ridiculous piece of **** here on esb
I dont know whether Abraham will really fight either Pavlik or Taylor over there in the USA.Thats not the point! You dont know it either! Idle speculation!

As for your other points Abraham has a proven track record and has shown us again and again that he can punch and box against very good and formidable opposition.
    Plenty of gift decisions?Which ones?
Miranda ? He wasnt able to finish off an severly injured opponent who was bleeding like shot pig losing tons of blood thoughout the last 7 rounds of his encounter with Miranda. The Armenian warrior twice broke his jaw.Amazing that he was the one who was more likely to stop Miranda than the other way round. He almost took Miranda out in round 9 of their fight!
A healthy Abraham would have stopped Miranda within the distance.
A question for you: do you really think that Miranda would have gone the full route if he had been the one who had to fight with a broken jaw losing tons of blood for 7 rounds?Abraham seemed to be on the way to totally dominate Miranda when he broke his jaw.

    Abraham a punk? A fraud?
Reading your post one must get the impression that the aforementioned words probably describe the author of this thread quite properly, dont you think so?:D

A fairly uninformed post to say the least.

I've only seen one Abraham fight (Miranda) and that tells me you need to see your eye doctor.

    Fraud ?

Not only did he survive for almost eight rounds with a badly broken jaw, suffering repeated low blows and deliberate headbutts, he almost stopped Miranda in the ninth.

I don't know how he would do against a Pavlik or a taylor, but he DEFEATED Miranda and has a perfect record so far.

Maybe cricket or tidleywinks would suit your sporting interests better?
