Hope Dirrell is OK..and in good health.

The fight was top notch, enjoyed it, the ref sucked but Great performance from AD. AA was finding his way back until that ill ending.
I would love to see a rematch!

Shame to see the fight end like that. Hope Dirrell is alright and returns 100% his entourage done him no favors at the end

AA realised after seeing the replay he was in the wrong.
Tremendous fight...pity about the ending because i felt that there was a moderate chance of AA stopping Dirrell-more than likely Dirrell would've held on tho.
Dirrell fought well, took some good punches. Good night.

I love this place. From reading this forum I can pretty much see how this ended without now having to watch it tomorrow...

Dirrell bossed most of the fight, Abraham cam on strong late on as per, knocked Dirrell down in the 10th (although it was WRONGLY called a slip). In the 11th Dirrell 'slipped' and on the way down Abraham threw a hurtful shot that (whilst it was clearly a big shot ) didn't hurt Dirrell as much as it is being made out to have. Dirrell made no attempt to get back up and the ref waved it off.

Pretty much, Abraham can have no complaints as it was late and hard but ultimately Dirrell possibly could have made it back up if he'd wanted.

    That about right guys ?

Greg to be quite honest after seeing your little cry baby rant a page or back i'll let somebody else fill me in properly. I've been browsing here and Boxrec now (I couldn't get on here) and the general feeling from the average (non-biased) poster is that of what I said.

You have obviously attatched yourself to Dirrell (I remember your little cry baby rant post 'Froch Fight') so I'll take your opinion on this matter with a pinch of salt until I see it myself

No, way off the mark. Dirrell was properly knocked out - his legs were twitching. He couldn't even remember what happened, he actually thought he was knocked out during the fight and was distraught.

Look, Im not going to over exaggerate soemthing like this to prove a point, there was soemthign wrong with him, i mean somethign wrong with him. The Froch fight was a robbery and I liek Dirrel but even if it was Abraham in this position id be the same way.

exactly, just somethign about the way he held his head and went down.

    Ok fair enough :good

I've heard a lot of people saying he was acting and without being able to watch it myself (in work) I was just telling the general attitude of most posters on Boxrec and on here.

I will reserve jusgement until I see it :good

Greg is still a fanny and needs to man-up. That rant a page or two back reminded me or the boy crying like **** coz he can't get his milk quick enough

Real time puts everything into perspective.

On the slow-mo it looked a weak punch which might have made people think it was dodgy, it also made it look like Abraham spent an etnerity to decide to punch him on the floor. The reality is it was a very hard punch against a guy not expecting it, and also it was more instinct than a calculated decision by Abraham. A costly mistake by him but not too malicious IMO.

The reason I'm annoyed is some guy could be seriously hurt and people are calling him an actor. Boxing aint funny people get hurt.
