It was mayweather the entire time, just accept it.

All the sudden Pacquiao is going to take steroids for 2 weeks and be ready to come in and pass a drug test after the fight?? 2 weeks of being on dope and he is going to become a killing machine? What a ****ing joke.

 

If the test isn't random, it doesn't work. You can't "compromise" that. End of story.
