    As far as pure hand speed, I don't think anyone is faster than Pacquiao, including Floyd Mayweather.

    Gamboa throws some very fast combinations...but in my opinion Khan has the faster hands.

    Gamboa the quickest combinations, reminds Meldrick Taylor
    Paquiao the 2nd quickest
    Mayweather is not even close to the men above, in combination punching
    Mayweather does have the quickest 1 punch, its like he loads up with it, but only on at a time

    I hate the guy, but amir khan definitely has the fastest hands. i saw pac say it in one of elie seckbachs videos on youtube. after that its up for debate. for example a moderately fast light welter eg.. malignaggi will be way quicker than a lightning quick supermiddle eg.. ward. so u cant really say..

    the way gamboa put al seeger out is one of the fastest punches i've ever witnessed live by a human being. the way khan initiially put dmitry salita down is a close second. the way butterbean ...

    People need to watch Dirrell/Hanshaw. You've rarely seen a human being propel it's arms at the speeds Andre Dirrell displayed in that match. It was surrealistic.
