Just don't see it happening. What would a favorable catch wt be for both men? 190 lbs? Don't think Adamek would want to go that low & for Dawson to put on 15 lbs quickly would be alot.

But if it did happen, Adamek by brutal freakin KO...just for revenge.:yep

I was actually present when that interview took place, and you are correct. He wasn't exactly calling out Chad.

The man he WAS actively calling out was Bernard Hopkins (and to a much lesser extent, Roy Jones).

He wants a fight with a big name opponent, and the bout with Hopkins is supposedly something HBO has expressed interest for.

Ever heard of a catchweight? They don't need to fight at 175 or at 200. :good

The fight could be at 185-190 lbs, and Adamek's belts would all be on the line.

That first fight was a whitewash, Adamek won two rounds at most. He was dominated. I have never heard so much talk about a rematch when the first fight was so freaking one sided.

I was at the weigh in for the Adamek-Dawson fight and Adamek did look drained. I think that he might knockout Dawson if the fight was at 200, but I think he would be too weak and would probably be decisioned again if the fight was at 175.

HBO is looking at a January date, if B Hop decides to call it a career & doesn't mind going out on his shield, it may happen.

He won more than 2 rounds.

He swept the final 3 for starters.

    Excellent avatar!

The Hopkins fight would be compelling! The Roy Jones fight...well, let the old man finish his career fighting exhibitions. He shouldn't be fighting Dawson.

And how do you see the fight unfolding at a catchweight of 190lbs?
