I think you have your lines mixed up. Adamek never claimed to be any kind of saviour. He just fights who ever his managment company thinks is best for him. Granted, he's been brought up carefully and strategically, but his activity level has at least been impressive. Fact of the matter is, most people knew Adamek earned his title shot when be beat Arreola.
Now THIS is the fight people want to see McPride is doing he self proud . This is European war fare, Mc Pride wants that Polish ass for taking all the jobs in Ireland and for putting up all those ugly satelite dishes And revenge for the Pole-skis bring all that crap cheap meat into the country , they aint used to steak cause the Russkies took all the good **** This epic nationalistic battle had bad blood written all over it War Mc Pride !!!
How many Tyson opponents is Adamek going to mop up? Next: winner of Holyfield-Nielsen. Then: loser of Holyfield-Nielsen. Williams, Seldon Botha - they're all still around. Etienne can't have anything better to do. Cliff Couser was calling out Lou Savarese a while back...Adamek could fight the winner of that one! Bring on Spinks!
:yep Chisora does look a bit like George Foreman (old version) bodywise...but point taken all the same.
as i've said before, my only issues with adamek have been his opponents post arreola. but since he's signed now to fight a klitschko, that criticism is gone. he brings excitment due to his style and vulnerabilities plus he is active, i'll be rooting for him vs klitschko. my issue with not rematching cunningham was the same, because his heavyweight career seemed to stagnate, but again by now signing with a brother his hw career is clearly moving in the right direction. i'm no hater, i just call it as i see it, and right now i like what i see with adamek :good
Hes a bit busy right now dude :rofl Clifford Etienne The Black Rhino Sentenced to 150 Years in Prison; [ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clifford_Etienne[/ame]
Hey, just a golden opportunity to bring back prison fights! [yt]mmcDCO0-EL4[/yt] Hell, the champ is still in there. Let's see Adamek-Scott in 2011! :happy
Someone rational. Adamek never claimed to be a saviour so he is not obligated to do anything.I dont think he can beat a Klit but if it happens he makes history. Adamek is already accomplished. What he does at HW is icing on the cake.
While McBride is not good opponent at all, it is good to see things in proper perspective by comparing Adamek with other top5 fighters like Haye and Povetkin. Povetkin is fighting exclusively this type of opponents almost 3 years now, and he never steps up, and last Haye opponent wasn't really much better (just don't say anything about olympic gold, it is now worth as much as a win over Tyson). At least Adamek has a good excuse that he doesn't want to spoil a deal he just signed with Wlad/Vitali. By comparison, Povetkin ducked Wlad for 3 years now, and Haye backed out of Klitschko fight twice. Seems like the only fighter to take a real challenge is blamed for taking an easy fight before.
Adamek shoulda been trying to lock down a fight against Dimitrenko who present similar physivcal advantages as Klits, This fight will do nothihng for him
