Sorry...Heavyweight Championship fights. And I like David Haye, I was really just referencing the Wlad fight. I find it funny Haye was roasted for that performance, yet Cunningham is praised for the very same effort. Wlad didnt let Haye hit him much because Haye has power. Adamek didnt really notice most of those flicking jabs because he couldn't feel them. He thought there was a draft in the arena most likely.

You're an idiot. Your hate posts are so ignorant.. look at this thread, there's some non-polish people who are voting Adamek. Now look at every other thread, how many Polish people are saying Adamek won? One out of 10-20?

Watch the fight again, with no sound. I bet you score it differently.

And it's blatantly obvious there is a huge disrespect on ESB for eastern Europeans. If Adamek had run all fight like Usain Bolt and pitter pattered his way to not getting KTFO, basically the reverse, do you really think there would be this much uproar over the decision? Hell no. They'd be saying SD12, deal with it. You must have seen all the TKO6 threads lol.

    Butthurt Americans.

You're calling the Americans butthurt, yet the majority of the Polish people who were sitting around me and loudly cheering for Adamek all felt Adamek lost the fight. They were ecstatic when Adamek got an early Christmas present.

I felt USS won as well, after I finished watching it live. It wasn't until I watched it a few more times that I realized what the judges saw. Substance over flash. Power over tapping. Aggression over fear.

You had to watch the fight a few times to find Adamek winning yet you think those who scored it for Cunningham are biased towards American fighters and hate Eastern European fighters?

I didn't score it with judge-like precision and watched it more as a fan, but I thought Steve took about 8 rounds, give or take. I wasn't surprised at the draw just because I expect bull**** in boxing, but I thought they were already doing Adamek enough favors to call it even.

Adamek landed 45% of his power punches. This is very effective aggression.

I am from europe.. And I saw Cunningham outlanding and outboxing Adamek all night long.. I scored it 116-112 for Cunningham and I felt generous towards Adamek at times..

Yes. Im not a professional judge like the rest of you guys. I miss things when I first watch a fight. Not to mention, I wasn't really scoring the fight the first time throughg, I was just enjoying it. I too was taken by USS's flashiness and constant jab. It wasn't until I was able to revisit the fight, and watch it closer, that I came to my decision. Watch it again a few times. I'd say without bias, but I had bias the second time, bias leaning towards Cunningham winning.

There was nothing pitter patter about Cunningham's jabs, and absolutely no resemblance to David Haye's fight against Wladimir whatsoever. If anyone was assuming the Wladimir role that night it was Cunningham himself. He worked the jab beautifully, kept his range, and picked his right hands with precision and skill. And you bet your bottom dollar Adamek felt them because he only felt safe to come forward in the last ten seconds every round till about the eighth.

Adamek had his moments in the latter stages, but he was getting caught, countered, whiffing shots and being forced to lunge wildly as well, while Cunningham was consistently landing sharp accurate shots to Adamek's grill.

Cunningham deserved to win this fight or at least get a draw. If there was a convincing case for Adamek winning you sure haven't made it.

And resorting to the "whose face looked more beat up" argument? Guess you have no problem with Lennox beating Vitali then?

It sucks that certain fighters get special privilages in boxing, but that's the way it goes. Unfortunately, this is the kind of stuff that can destroy a man's spirit. This really stinks.

I haven't noticed it before now, but Adamek looked really heavy in this fight. That extra weight seems to do nothing for him. He'd be better off dropping ten pounds and coming in around 215 or so.

I would say it should have been a draw. That way it would be better for everyone. It was a close fight and they could rematch and then there could be a definitive winner in the rematch.
