Adamek vs. Haye

interesting fight....but Hayes chin is weak....and Adamek's is granite, I see these 2 trading shots and Haye getting knocked down and stopped late in the fight.

Adamek's got the type of chin that'll stand up to an astounding accumulation of solid power shots from a decent puncher, but a single bomb from the right kind of puncher can rock/drop him - a puncher like Haye may have what it takes to have Adamek rising at eleven. Likewise, Adamek is heavy handed enough to batter LHWs and CWs, but isn't a one-punch guy himself. Haye can probably take a fair number of flush power shots from Tomasz - not a ton, but a fair number...so his D would become a major consideration in this fight.

It helps to not view punch resistance as a straight line but rather as a multidimensional facet with different conditional factors to take into account.

Mormeck has no Chin and no stamina. He is an 8 round fighter.

 

I'm afraid beating Enzo by TKO doesn't mean you have monster monster power. This guy unloaded everything he had in him on a 40-year old in 4 rounds and coudn't stop him. Haye has very good punching power but nowhere near the power his fans believe he has.

 

Adamek can take and give a punch. Haye can't. Tomasz would eventually knock out Haye after taking some early punishment himself.
