Adamek vs McBride - Round by Round...

Man you just dont see boxers anymore as poor as Mcbride fighting live these days. What a worthless opponent. I usually give fighters their due respect, but seriously, that is the most pathetic display I have seen in the ring by a televised fighter...maybe ever. Just a disgusting display of boxing by Mcbride

 

That is the thing, the whole fight the guy who outweighed his opponent by 70 pounds just kept leaning and stopping the action.

He got a deduction, but he did not stop... He would of been out in 2 rounds if he did not use those tactics. You could just see he was out classed.


I would be surprised if Adamek did not out punch him 5 to 1. I don't think it was as poor a showing as some... Adamek did all he could with an over siszed opponent who obviously did not want to box.

 

So disgusting yet Adamek whos team handpicked him couldn't even stop him. The reason McBride was like that is because he's fat, out of shape, and did nothing but turned up as an 'opponent' to survive. Yet still TA could not do the job properly.

I think its a tough task to ask of a fighter that is outweighed by 70 pounds to get a knockout against a fighter the is just clinching. He did the best he could.


Just seeing an interview with Adamek on Polish TV not a blemish on his face, not a red spot... considering McBride is a 265 pounder with a good right, that is pretty telling of how the match went.

 

No **** sherlock. McBride is nothing but a journeyman, he wasn't there to win. That's why they picked him. You can't handpick a guy and then complain that he does what he's been doing for years. Anybody thats seen McBride recently knows he has no stamina, he's not in shape, and he's extremely slow. When you don't have much in the tank thats when guys clinch.

It was an awful choice of opponent and even worse display by Adamek to not stop him. Or at least another show case of how feather fisted he is.

 

You are very close to reality, just did some minor mistakes.

Adamek fighting another typical irish-scottish (that redneck alcoholic English sub-race with funny accents and girl skirts) fat cowardly bum.

 

no secret adamek is featherfisted at HW.

but mcbride has a damn good chin too.

add to that the fact that all mcbride did is clinch also held a high and tight gaurd the whole fight, and you get this result. a wash on the cards with adamek coming out on top.

adameks advantage in HW isnt his power. and he doesnt count on his power to win him fights. what he lacks in power he makes up with his advantages in speed, movement, elusiveness, a decent chin, good stamina, combination punching, and a lot of heart. hes no KO artist, dont know why everyone here is shocked with this outcome.

yea haye would probably have more luck putting his power down on mcbride, but so what? his power and speed are his attributes, so thats what he uses. simple.

 

Great fight by Adamek. He won every round and didnt take unnecessary risk. He clowned McBride with his speed and accuracy. However he is going to have a hard task in the September.

Adamek is not a puncher in HW division, so I am satisfied with the result. Why trying to KO an opponent and take unnecessary, when you win every round with ease? 12 rounds is bigger experience than 4 or 8 rounds :smoke

If you are a fan of boxing, Adamek showed some nice form. If he fights Klitschko I don't expect a KO, but if he goes the distance he will win. He has shown he can stand in the ring with guys much bigger than him.

 

Poor choice of opponent and hardly a great result or performance. Anyone who knows McBride will attest to the fact he is a journeyman who is has the pace of a turtle and the speed to match. His chin isn't much better either. Adamek should have disposed of McBride even if he did want to carry him for a few rounds. He would have learnt nothing from taking this the distance. I can only imagine what Haye would have done to McBride. Adamek is going to get thoroughly beaten by VITLAY.

 

wish haye would fight so we could see his form against various opponents.:deal

u kno damn well mcbride has decent whiskers and held a high and tight guard the whole fight. that mixed with adamek lacking KO power at HW ends in a result u saw. if u wanna judge the fight u have to be half objective.

adamek won every round and barely even got hit. an easy win for adamek.

 

Haye is fighting Wlad in a few months you *****. Plus I didn't say he lost a round, I said he should have had McBride out of there. The guy is in awful shape and someone like Mollo was able to walk right through him.

 

ya but mollo has a decent punch. soemthing adamek lacks at this weight.

yea haye is supposed to be fighting wlad in a few months, unless he hurts his hand again.

how nice and generous it is of him to all his fans and fans of boxing that the title holder decides to actually fight a worthy challenger for ONCE. is this guy the ****, or what? :shock:
