Adamek was very fortunate that Eddie Chambers injured his arm in their fight. Fighting Solis or even Kevin Johnson would be a considerable risk with a low reward. If I were his management I'd go after Haye or Povetkin.
This would be a good fight. Tought matchup for Adamek, if he pulls this off (even against a fat Solis) I'd pull my hat.
T-Bag is right. Solis wins this comfortably. Hell, he would have probably beaten Adamek in his first fight back.
Where are they fighting? Adamek was dreadful against Chambers. I don't think he'll look good against Solis either. Hopefully, but not likely, Solis will lose some of his fat this time. I think Solis takes him either way.
A-What hype? B-He has been on the map since 05...no need for hype we already know what he brings to the table.
lol it's gonna be at the prudential center in Jersey again. whoever he's fighting better knock him out.
I don't think Adamek can beat Johnson or Solis, so a lot of credit to him if he fights one of these guys.
I do not see Adamek winning this (and I'm his compatriot) if Solis gets to semi-decent shape. Adamek at 220-225 is no longer fast enough to outbox someone with fast hands and good fundamentals, and he is not likely going to KO anyone at HW. It may be true that the fight with Chambers looked as it looked partly because Eddy had only one hand, but the bottomline is that Adamek couldn't outbox convincigly even seriously injured opponent, and during the whole fight he made no adjustments to this situation.
This would be a good fight. If Solis comes in shape Adamek has no chance. Chambers won with one hand and Solis is very good boxer. Late TKO win for Solis or UD.
Solis beats him he is fat and i hate that about him but he will win this, I said Adamek will beat Chambers and he did but Solis is to talented UD win for Solis.
