    IBF ordered Adonis Stevenson to face Edwin Rodriguez in 168 title eliminator. Rodriguez has 2 days to accept or IBF moves to next contender.


    Stevenson has agreed to fight in title eliminator against Rodriguez or whomever is after him in the rankings, according to @yvonmichelGYM

    I am hoping Adonis Makes it down 2 Pavlik! Who sits curently at # 8 with most of the other fighters Tied Up at the moment!!

    this is a great fight. super middleweight, top to bottom is a stacked division, especially with pavlik as a new addition.

    I thought Adonis was the WBC silver champ and in line to fight for the vacant WBC title? Why would he choose an eliminator over an actual belt?

    I don't know if he will but it would be great if Rodriguez took this fight, excellent match up. It would be on the Cloud-Pascal card making it a very good double header for Showtime.

    I can't see anything but an exciting fight between these two. Add it to the main event, and we have a nice card.

    he is the highest rated SMW in IBF i would imagine now other than BUTE.

    It would be a good move for him.

    Im guessing The IBF knows something about Bute we dont, so they are setting up a #1 Contender fight just in case...

    Stevenson vs Rodriguez is a ****ing great fight!!! I'd rather see Pavlik but E-Rod will make for a barn burner too!!
