When someone steps on your lead foot and you are pushed backwards from a punch that landed on your gloves at the same time, there's a damn good chance that you are going to fall over yourself. I've seen guys at the gym spin around and do 360's if a foot gets tangled at the wrong time, it can really throw your balance off big time. **** off you absolute moron.
