Yes,and it's the weight class above Broner,so on a common sense level,it doesn't really add up.
Just an ongoing joke I have with a very prominent pro-Broner fan here.

Seems that the fight is off after Broner weighed in at 143 instead of the rehydration limit of 140. He's only 22 so he shouldn't really be having these kind of weight issues already, he better watch and not turn into another Joan Guzman.

 

The problem is that he's cutting too much. He's likely 150 or so between camps. He needs to be up at 140 and soon.

True but he seemed to be making the weight okay before and now suddenly he can't even get close to the weight. If it was a pound or a pound and a half then it would make sense but suddenly not being able to make weight by 3.5 lbs is a bit worrying.

I know there was a lot of talk about his diet, maybe that has something to do with it or maybe he just isn't putting in the work in camp. It just seems like a very sudden blow up.

 

Why do I doubt HBO will be as angry as they were at Guzman?
