Last I heard Brähmer is challenging WBA light heavy champ Hugo Garay on October 18 in Germany (Dzinziruk vs Julio is on the undercard)

Branco is old but he's pretty good. Diaconu better beat him reasonably confortably though, or else people will start asking questions. A good test for Diaconu at this stage; it should be a close fight; good preparation for Johnson.

Don't worry,Diaconu doesn't duck noone,if Glen wants the fight,it will happen.Glen wants a title so it should happen, altough there is a possibility that he would go for a Dawson rematch if he beats Tarver(I don't think that would happen). And yes it should be a great fight:good

I agree altough I think Diaconu will KO him late in the fight.

Branco's a durable old warhorse. Been in there with most of the division's leading lights over the past 10 years and can spring an upset if Diaconu takes him lightly.

I agree 100%,if Diaconu doesn't take him seriously he will be in trouble,Branco still has his very good chin and big heart, altough his style is not the right one in this fight.

Even a prime Branco(whatever that is) would either be KOd early or thoroughly owned for 12 rounds. I'm going with the former
    Diaconu KO4

I think his prime was from 98 till 2005.He had 2 good wins over Glen and Robin Reid in 2000 and a spectacular upset over Mehdi Sahoune in 2003 when he won the title first. The the great war with Tiozzo in 2004 and a brutal KO loss to Ulrich. His last good win was when he beat Manny Siaca for the title in 2006.Stipe Drews was his last important fight last year(L 12).Myself I go with late KO,KO8

Tiozzo makes Diaconu look like Floyd Mayweather

You liked the video?Cool song btw,and yes Tiozzo is easy to hit but I think Branco is even easier,he is just eating right hands,Branco was a fool for not finishing him when he KD him and the Branco KD was clearly a slip

Yea great vid:good However it really reinforces my pick for a KO however maybe not as early as I anticipated. Adi is quite hard to hit cleanly, mainly due to his height, defense and movement. Adi will be too much for Branco, who is an old warrior.. I don't think it will take long for Adi to figure out Branco and once he does its game, set, match:yep
