atsch Cris John made it a competitive fight, but he lost that fight. The only reason John won was because it was in Indonesia. Anywhere else Marquez W John.
The Norwood fight was also close with both fighters landing their ass on the canvas, but into the late rounds Marquez took over a fight that was dead even. In that fight that was Norwood and Marquez at their best IMO. Sure Gainer beat Norwood afterwards, but prior to that those versions of Marquez and Norwood were avoided for good reason. Broner has shined as of late, but at this point he hasn't been tested. The edge goes to Dinamita who was his fastest at 126 and still pretty fast at 130. He would of given even Floyd a much better and closer fight at 130.
Broner's style would indeed cause JMM some problems early on but I think he would adjust and beat Broner by UD.
Broner seems very gifted but I think Marquez would be too much at this early stage in his career. Still give Broner time, I think he may turn out to be the goods
If you put everything in its proper perspective then all we are doing is comparing styles and the execution of those styles by the fighters who use them. If you took two fighters with the same level of intelligence and schooled one in the Mayweather style and one in the JMM style. If they fought each other ten times I believe the Mayweather style would prevail eight out of ten times.
