Advice on a quality boxing glove for training

    In the US the good Grant training gloves are going to run you at least $120 and I don't think they make them in hook and loop; only in lace up. They get by on their name a lot because they're famous; although they are really good sparring gloves, I will say that.

    Grant is only well known because of their marketing.

    There's a good boxing gym in Upper Darby right near 69th street station which shouldn't be more then 10-15 minutes from you.

    Upper Darby boxing. Its near the Police Station, it'll come up on google maps for directions. Has classes for beginners... Its mostly an amateur gym, and all kinds of guys train there from old timers to little kids to stud amateurs. Bernard Hopkins used to train there for quite some time. Think it costs 5$ a day $100 for 3 months and $275 for a year. Don't quote me on those prices.
