You will get no argument from me (or alot of Floyd Mayweather fans) in believing that Manny Pacquiao is the Best Fighter on the Planet. I have always believed that since the Miguel Cotto fight. My only argument (as well as a lot of other Floyd fans) is: Why is the Best fighter in the World fighting Joshua Clottey and a man with NO LICENSE?
