After rewatching Wardley vs Huni, I think Wardley is all wrong for Dubois

I appreciate Wardley's human qualities but not his boxing abilities, I didn't know he was so limited until he fought a fighter who is in the Top 5 in terms of skills, so Dubois crushes him within 6 rounds...

Wardley has a leaky defense, questionable gas tank, and to me an average chin. Wardley has heart and good Ko power but I seen Wardley get rocked by the likes of nathan gorman someone who dubois dispatched of pretty easily. Against frazier clarke 1 he went life and death and got rocked, and finally against huni he got completely out boxed and was hurt multiple times. Most of those guys are lower level fighters he has beaten. If Dubois doesn't just start swinging for the fences and give Wardley an opportunity Dubois will stop him.

Wardley would have a punchers chance. But Dubois is far more of the threat than Huni. While like Huni he'd probably go right at Wardley and could walk into a big shot, Dubois has the power to take Wardley out too. Dubois right now looks the more skilled fighter and I think he'd more likely take Wardley out before Wardley can take him out.

Wardley is the one who is wildy overrated imo. AJ would tear him apart as well.

The guy is too easy to hit and doesn't have much in the skill department. The moment he gets in there with someone who can bang he's gonna be exposed quicker than Wilder.

Wardlee is not terrible but DD kills him before the 8th round.

Dubois by KO, not early, not a blow out, but in a one sided beat down. Nasty KO around the 8th....

Dubious has some pazzaz about him and can use that brutal jab well when trained properly and he's still honing it. He just blows out against men who can box around him, Usyk and Fury play with him. Usyk at 38 still has his work cut out but after two Fury fights excluding the power dubious holds it will feel like a walk in the park for Usyk

Of all the plodders I'll take Dubious. AJ is a bum but that right hand is still a danger for Wardley. Wardley AJ is a fun fight to make....

I don't expect Fury AJ unless it's a UK Saudi funded fight. I'd rather see Fury fight a top 10 heavyweight like Kabayel

I'd still have Dubois winning this off of his jab. Wardley wouldn't have an answer for it and will just try and drag the fight deep looking for one fight winning shot, which is definitely a possibility given his power.

The difference post Usyk II is mental, if Dubois still has the confidence and desire to fight hard.

Dubois was always a quitter when the going gets tough, no excuses when Wardley destroys him. Dubois is only 27, he might not even be in his prime yet. Wardleys athleticism and mentality is underrated and Dubois chin is made of popsicle sticks

Its weird to think that Wardley is older than Dubois. But if Dubois' mental holds up after the second Usyk loss I can't see how Wardley will deal with that jab. He would have to go with the lucky punch strategy that he used against Huni, but Dubois has a better chin than Huni.

His mentally will hold up just fine, he already got knocked out by Usyk and came back stronger. He'll try and work off the jab and then struggle because Wardley is faster and more powerful, and then Wardley catches him with a fast nuke and that's the night. Afterwards people will claim Dubois was never the same after Usyk fight lmao I can't wait

Wardley is even less skilled than Dubios is. There's levels to this sport.
