that was a dominating performance by floyd, the hell with the weight and all, i give him his props, and i believe he is the best boxer of this generation, despite his not having an ATG type resume.

i dont believe that floyd would be shocked by what pac could bring to the table, i hope im wrong (since pac himself never ceases to amaze and surprise anyone)

this is just probably a post fight feeling, cause im impressed with what floyd has done last night

Ok so what about the Pacman destruction of both DLH and Hatton went Floyd fight around 21 rounds with them?

Floyd beat a blown up and shot Marquez, Floyd cheated in coming in overweight. Marquez looked fat tonight.
Cotto, Mosely or Pac would beat mayweather

He has a better chance against Floyd than Marquez did. He's had a couple of fights going up in weight, albeit not many, so he could adjust. Also, he's been able to maintain his speed and a bit of pop while growing into the weight. He hasn't got hit much to show if his beard has bulked up too, but it will be tested in his next fight. I think.
Will any of this make a diferrence?
We'll have to wait and see.

But remember, he has to beat Cotto first.:good

I'll reserve my thoughts until after the Cotto fight.

If he gets by Cotto I think Pac has a chance (60/40 in favor of Floyd). Cotto's a tough fight by any standard.

agreed 100%. and believe me, i'm a huge pac fan but after seeing how floyd dominated and imo 'never lost a step' along with 'styles' pretty much shows what he could do to manny.

the natural size factor at 146+ plays a bigger advantage than probably most would consider. second would be the overall ring smarts, speed, accuracy -i really could go on and on but lets face it, my major concern isnt does manny have the power to hurt floyd, but can manny actually catch floyd with a flush shot IE the punch that KTFO of hatton..? and the answer is NO. not only is floyd currently the best defensive fighter in
boxing but i believe him when he says "i see every movement & punch coming from my opponents..." im not saying pac doesnt have a snowballs chance in hell but surely he's a big underdog IMO.

anyway, bigs ups to floyd for a great win and performance. im looking forward to seeing mosley-mayweather in the near future.

pac will have a better chance than JMM. speed and workrate, more comfortable at the weight. power-wise, pbf knocked JMM how many times at that bloated weight? compare it to how many times pac kd'ed JMM at his best weight. i have a feeling pac can surprise us once again (of course if he gets by cotto)

That's what I admire with floyd... his skills. But it would be better appreciated if he didn't do it against a slower, old small man.

I feel PBF showed more so his age tonight.

Everyone is making out like he will ruin everyone.

Look i picked JMM to win not because i hate PBF but more so to the fact that he might be rusty and Marquez is a quality opponent.

But PBF won with his Speed but more so his gameplan.

JMM one of the best counter punch's out there was great against Pac's speed from Countering.

PBF took it away from JMM by making him always throw first.

Now Pacman is a different story. he is fast as fast or if not faster than PBF.

Now if PBF rests and lets Pac get going early and build confidence it will be bad for PBF.

He fought scared tonight against a guy 10 pounds lighter and 5 years older.

Mate PBF will not want to fight lazy and just go throw the motions like he did against JMM.

    It will be close.

People are reading too much in Mayweather's win against a bloated, way past it JMM.
