He already beat a ranked HW when he was a CW ... he's fought at HW before.

the only fighter to actually knock Wlad out were heavy hitters like sanders and brewster. the purrity fight was more of a gassing out than anything else.

No way has more power than sanders or brewster, or peter for that matter. get a grip, he's a blown-up cruiser and wlad will hurt him.

I think Haye is very strong and posses the strength of a Sanders or a Brewster ... Brewster isn't a big puncher ... he caught Wlad at a weak point and took alot of punishment before Wlad got tired ...

Those guys were more of high workrate fighters than powerful fighters ... you may argue Sanders but in the 2 fights that Wlad got knocked out in those guys made him fight at a higher pace than he was accustomed to. Sanders started off early and often ... Brewster put Wlad under the impression that he was going to fold some time -- made Wlad use all of his energy and then blew on him and yelled timber

Wlad hasnt been the same since his Sanders loss. He gets off balance and sloppy in there and he also gets hit more.

I dont think he will be the champ for long term, he is better than the rest but he isnt that much better.

The only problem with Haye is that I dont think he could take Wlads power shots. I could see him going for the KO and getting countered and KTFO.

Wlad was hit alot more against a bum than he was against a legit champion ... he looked just as slow as Thompson and looked like he was trying hard to KO this guy ... he was missing alot of shots ... alot of those punches were getting blocked ...

He didn't look the same ... I don't blame anything on Thompson because he knew was Thompson was about they had sparred before and Thompson knew what he was in for ...

I think Wlad is at the end of his rope and should retire ...

I think you are wrong. I thought Thompson was supposed to have beaten Vlad. Teddy Atlas said so, so that makes it true?

Vlad is, by far, the best heavyweight the world today, Emanuel Steward has known that for many years now. Vlad won the gold medal in 1996, superheavyweight division, he was the world amateur champion, gee, for somebdody who can't fight he did pretty well. Next he will fight Povetkin, who beat Chambers. Vlad keeps cleaning out he heavyweight division.

Well he took Peter's power and rose from 3 knockdowns and Haye doesn;t hit nearly as hard at HW as Peter does...

Additionally the two guys Haye gets credit for (Mormeck and Macaranelli) have suspect chins as they had both been knocked out before...

Haye will get starched if he fights Wlad.

pretty dominant showing by wlad, decisive victory as well, deniers would like him to be on the slide but he really is in his prime.

well done wlad, now onto unifying the division :good

I don't like Wlad all that much, but that being said he would KO Haye within 4 rounds.

Haye KO'd a tomato can of a heavyweight. I wouldn't favor Haye over Thompson, a lower 10 heavy, I sure as **** don't think he'd beat any top heavy Like Klitschko.

I think Haye is more hyped than a Rocky movie. While he looked good at cruiser weight, Haye has next to no experience at heavyweight, and had chin and stamina issues at cruiser weight. Yes—Haye has some talent, but I think it is best to wait and see on Haye. Let Haye win a few fights at heavy before anointing him as some sort of heir apparent. This fight is at least 2-3 years away.
