Cotto has beaten better fighters than either of the three. So he lost to Margarito, because Margo can absorb anything. Hatton has not looked good in years. Nor has Taylor. Cotto is a better fighter than Pavlik by a long shot.

Dawson does not belong to top10. If Dawson is no. 10 I will put Glen Johnson no. 9.
    Nor does Kessler. My list:

    1. Calzaghe
    2. Pacquiao (if he beats one of the following, I will have him no. 1: Marquez, Campbell or Guzman... and of course Oscar)
    3. Marquez (just because judges saw him losing, I saw him winning)
    4. Hopkins
    5. Vasquez
    6. Marquez
    7. Mijares
    8. Calderon
    9. Margarito
    10. Cotto

Good list. Probably as close to an objective list as we get.

How long do you want a win to be valid? Tszyu retired after, and Taylor has lost repeatedly - not to mention that he got some gift decisions along the way. Cotto lost to his nemesis.

Mikkel Kessler doesn't have many flaws but his resume is just not strong enough to get him into the pound-for-pound top ten.
