    I like Aston.

He's very entertaining when he's "on". That said, this is a must-win for him.

Yeah I dont know how someone as talented as him lost to Welborn :patsch.

That said I think Patterson is a very slick operator and will just nick it.

Aston a local lad to me hope he pulls it off. Saw pic of the weigh in Aston liked a lot bigger. And with him coming down from middle and Patterson coming up sud b a decent size advantage for Aston on the night

Impressive win by Ahmet Patterson tonight. He looked very sharp and enjoyed the 'Naz style' punches from obscure angles. I can't see it being long before he gets his opportunity at a higher level.

Time for Aston to retire then or not? How did he look out there?

He showed a lot of heart but didn't look great. He looked sluggish was roughed up in the clinches. Was outclassed.

Will he retire I don't think so. With Welbourn losing to macklin they cud rematch for Midlands title. First fight was very close.

I was really impressed with Patterson, classy performance and he picked some real good shots... Aston to his credit did show a lot of heart especially in the 5th & 6th.

There wasn't too much in the first two rounds, but as the fight wore on it began to show that Aston was struggling with the speed and reach. He couldn't shut down the distance quick enough, then when he was in range couldn't fire solid shots off.

Aston looked huge for the weight, but a good few times Patterson rag dolled him in the clinches.

From the 5th round there was only going to be one winner, 4 consecutive right hands down the pipe had Aston hurt. Dropped Aston, but Aston got up and the bell went.

6th round, Aston showed ***** but Patterson was just landing big clean shots at will. Solid combination to end the fight.

Patterson is a very evasive, very skilled guy. He needs to step up now.
Aston was outclassed and could not see any of the punches coming towards the last 2 rnds.
His promoter Francis Wa.rren looks like a younger version of the real f.wan.k
