So has AJ accepted this generous offer or is Hearn in shambles still? Theres definetly been a narrative building in the last few days about how 'It's a bad fight for AJ to accept now'.
It's totally childish and nothing to do with the boxing really, but there's a bit of me looking forward to Frank strutting on stage with Eddie there, even if it's the kids or thick Frank doing the actual negotiations...
I don't disagree but I think people are just thinking about physical recovery and not the mental. I think it's a good fight that I'd love to see but the fact remains Joshua still hasn't recovered from the loss to Pudding. he's not looked right since. I think the mental aspect is very important as the top guys have super human self belief and I just don't see Joshua with that level of confidence. As I've mentioned previously Fury had tune up fights when he came back after his break to sharpen up and I genuinely believe Joshua needs to rebuild his confidence before taking on Fury. As it stands I think the gap in self confidence is too wide and I think Fury clowns him.
not very interested in this fight anymore, tbh. I will watch it, ofc. As I watch every fight on saturday night. But that's all. 2 years ago it would have been different, but after ruiz and usyk x2..... zero interest in the fight.
