I was on my way home from the cup final on Sat and saw someone's cutman on the train home, I asked him how AJ Carter had got on and he said he got KO'd pretty badly and urged me to find some footage, was anyone at York Hall on Saturday and was the KO bad? I was told he was on the ground for a long time?

hmm, he wobbled at the end of the first from a jab, difficult to see from the angle but didt look llike huge punches! maybe his chin isnt very good.

Almost looked like the heat or something had got to him and maybe he was dehydrated.

If I hadn't know it was heavyweight I would have suggested he was weight drained.

What the **** was the ref doing counting?

And what the **** were his corner doing not getting in the ring.

Steve Goodwin said on twitter that Carter didn't look right and was wobbled by a token jab and went to the hospital after the fight.
Big setback for him I hope he's ok.

The moral of this story... don't fight anyone from the "Eastside Boxing Club".

I went also.think was one his family who kicked off.i know cant be nice if see something like that happen to family but they cheer when aj knocks people out so can go both ways its boxing.

when he was hurt at end first was strange an almost nothing jab.odenke who knocked him out had big reach advantage and carter was struggling to get inside it.Was also plenty of leaning on the smaller carter but even so shouldnt have been exhausting him so early on in the fight.

    Tho ko was just brutal.

Mckenzie fight was was as you say decent.

was it just me or did he get caught with a shot after the bell?

i had a few so i may have been wrong

think that may have had an effect as it caught him clean

as soon as he slumped into the stool right in front of us he looked ****ed already

did seem like more of a stamina issue

and yh it was the hottest day of the year, so maybe that was part of the reason

seemed right on bell but could have been split second late.

it was hot but not as hot as the last prizefighter nowhere near.

    bizarre

Seems like a bad case of glasschinitis. This is further proof that British fighters do indeed have fragile mandibles. :deal:nut:!::tired:hi:
