im sure eddie hearne will start his own lawsuit if they try and strip aj. im pretty sure on the wbas website it says something to the effect of a super champion has 18 months to fulfill his mandatory obligation. im not sure where they are getting 4 months from... theres also a lot of precedence in the past with the wba not enforcing mandatories, which would go a long way in court. anyways, i thought ortiz is the interim champ (or was) shouldn't he be behind oquendo and ustinov in line for a shot? the wba must be insane. i would rather take 5% off a joshua purse than 5% off an ortiz purse surely?!
