He needs to go back to the basics:

bench press, bench press, bench press

That intimidation factor is gone now; Andy Ruiz stripped it from him, and he'll never get it back.

Personally think he ll win the rematch in the UK due to a number of factors, but Ruiz has exposed a number of things that other fighters probably have taken notice of. I think if he alters his style and fights behind the jab he ll win.

I’m not sure it’s as easy as saying AJ was winning until he got hit, so he just needs to not get hit. It’s arguable that AJ wasn’t completely dominating before then as well. The first few rounds only told part of the story, he got hurt and it changed the fight, but it’s highly likely he will get hit and hurt again in the rematch? You can’t base a whole fight on 2 rounds where AJ was doing ok, Ruiz’s speed, power and chin are going to pose problems at some point. If AJ is going the keeping distance route over a long fight it’s going to have to be pretty water tight...

Joshua is getting KTFO, he was a bogus world champion, he will never become one again, the bums career ends after Andy rinses him for a second time.

I remember a while back when Joshua was talking about the science they now use in his training, making it easier. My first thought was that if your training is easier, you’re doing something wrong.

High intensity endurance training is a must for him. Not only will this increase his stamina, but by default he will also lose a lot of weight, therefore be more nimble, and a lot faster, which will allow him to up his workload in the ring. Overall, he will be a much better fighter by simply applying this properly.

Probably a lot of them completely counted out Ruiz to win the first match too.

Joshua has a good fighting chance in the rematch.. I think Ruiz will beat him again but Joshua has a good chance.

YOU CAN'T FIX A BROKEN RECORD

    NO CHIN

    NO SKILLS

    BIG STIFF IDIOT

Ruiz is going to FLATTEN HIM

Can AJ stick behind a jab for 12 rounds and stay sharp and not gas? doubt it

AJ's head movements is all passive, none of it is active.

All of his combinations are rehearsed

He bounces back and forwards like an amatuer

He will lose 2-3 rounds of gas just on the ring walk in the Ruiz 2 rematch his heart will be thumping so hard

The only thing with this fight is Ruiz needs to press the action and not let AJ get off some decent damage with his jab early, because that's all AJ is going to try and do.

predictable & robotic, work that boy agian you iron domed snicker king.

A few days before the Ruiz fight:

AJ: 'I don't know much about the guy. Last night I stayed up and watched a few fights of him on YouTube.'

Good to see AJ was taking his opponent seriously.

Now he is preparing in case Ruiz tries to whip him with a towel.

    It's embarrassing

He needs to learn the art of the clinch by Wladamir Klinchko.

AJ's passive head movement and lousy slow feet will never save him.

Ruiz literally gave AJ all the time in the world to recover and get back into that fight and he just ended up falling even more times.

This. Simplicity is king. Joshua needs a sparring partner that will bust his nose up, so Joshua will be forced to start moving his head, since Ruiz will knock him out again if he doesn’t do something about his lack of head movement.
