AJ will never fix his head movement.

Head movement is a much more complex skill than people realize

active head movement you see from Floyd, Canelo and Fury takes years to learn.

AJ's head movement is all passive, basically useless just wasting energy. By round 6 he will be back to his instincts.

He's useless, HE IS USED TO HAVING HIS POWER to escape sticky situations, RUIZ IS AN IRON DOMED TOUGH SOB, Power does not phase him

AJ is done for. career is over folks.

This is the worst career move i've ever seen, Eddie Hearn in 12 months has completely ruined his business. LOL

No - Hearn's business is now DAZN. It is hurt by AJ's loss - but not destroyed by it.

    Not even close

Has anyone been to a boxing gym that has treadmills???

    My gym:
-a tiny boxing ring so you are forced to engage. (or move laterally)
-Boxing bags held together with duct tape.
-A coach that is always red in the face from screaming at how useless we are.
    - no treadmills.
-the coach would give a lifetime ban if he saw 2 dudes whipping each other with towels. (So gay)

Anyone who has boxed knows this is the norm, and it is what works.

AJ can still come out and embarrass you all by dominating Ruiz.

He is capable of it. .... But then again - Ruiz could do a repeat.

AJ's gonna beat that boy, don't sleep on him.

He could also be using the treadmill to practise the following victory dance -> :dancer2:

How is he going to train that glass chin of his and what kind of exercise is used to block out the quit in him?

For the 1000000000 time he plain quit when the going got rough.......

Ruiz raised his hands before the referee stopped because as a fighter he knew when a opponent quits......and AJ quit despite the ref ginving him any chance to continue

The dumb idiot its training for the backpedalling and ring circling he is going to be doing all night long

Guy is going to blow out

AJ is not built for constant movement.

He likes to trade and normally he hurts men when he trades, Ruiz can't be hurt. He will trade and win.

AJ will put on a better performance this time, he will only go down 3 times before getting KTFO.

He isn't using his feet to move out of range with that pucnhbag drill. He is covering up his face with hands and leaning his head back. But he doesn't realise that he is still in range to be hit if Ruiz moves into mid range.

He needs to get his ass back in the trenches and train in a real boxing gym alongside real professional fighters and under a expert boxing coach, AJ is going about it all wrong.

You think he doesn’t do high intensity endurance training? Why would he lose weight unless he ate less calories? Why would he be more nimble? Why would he be faster? You’re making a lot of claims that have no physiological basis.

Head movement is extremely simple. It’s to do with dipping your knees at the right time. AJ stiffens up when he is in trouble. When your knees stiffen up your head can’t move. A lot of people mistakingly believe that head movement is about moving your head. Your head should stay perfectly still (it’s part of your core) and you move its position with your body.

You said the treadmill idea was clever. Implying that it’s novel and a good idea. In response I’m telling you “No, it’s been around for ages and it’s a dumb idea”.
