    Depends which posts you read...
I think it’s ok. It seems an obvious outcome. But it’s not a bad fight

Yeah. He's another one of those old guys hanging around for a payday and a last chance at glory. He should have taken the AJ fight 3 years ago but got injured (he was already old man then).
He turned pro back in 2009 and he was already 28 years old then.
He was competing at the world amateur championships (as a senior, would have been 20 year old) as far back as 2001, at Belfast.

I guess 39 is his legit age but looking at his face he even looks like he could be a few years older than that.

Well, yeah, it's not really Joshua's fault. The IBF are at fault for making Pulev mandatory.

Thing is, Pulev's past it and doesn't have a style I'd give much hope against Joshua but he's probably as good or better than many of the younger guys. People were bigging up Dillian Whyte before he was sparked by old Povetkin, and I wouldn't count on Whyte beating Pulev either. So looking at it like that, Pulev's quite acceptable. But AJ is still a lot better than Whyte.
In reality Pulev's made to measure for AJ, and he's likely to look like a tired old man after a couple of rounds of AJ smacking him around. I won't be surprised if AJ poleaxes him in spectacular fashion early.

I think Joshua lays him out, too. Joshua’s (Wilder’s similar) speed and athleticism is just too much especially for these lumbering heavyweights. He just has to be patient behind the jab, and eventually the opportunity will open up where he’ll time him and Pulev will be iced. He’s not gonna beat Joshua to the punch.
