Spot on mate. Totally get what your saying twenty. Agree pulev would be his second best win. Personally for me hes not his second most dangerous opponent. But regardless taking style match ups out the equation. Pulev would be his second best win.

Interesting division atm...would love to see parker and ortiz return to form. Tyson fury back. Wilder with one or two really good wins. Long shot but haye coming back strong. Hughie doing well against parker. The guy breazeale beat recently developing. Whyte improving. Even klitchko back. He,d still beat some names probably best to retire. What a division that would be tho.

Yeah I think Pulev has a chance. He can be very awkward and he has one of the best jabs in boxing. If he can survive the early rounds where Joshua will be coming forward and looking for the early stoppage and drag Joshua into the deep waters he does have a slim chance at pulling off an upset. Pulev does not have punching power though and that's a big weakness for him.

I'm still not convinced by Joshua, I think he has some big flaws that were shown in the Klitschko fight and the Whyte fight. Big question marks over his gas tank and chin.

He would be the second best name on Joshua's resume so he stands a reasonable chance if the fight drags on- if he goes for the knockout early then there is only one winner.

Pulev has a lovely jab and is durable so I'd expect him to last into the mid rounds at least if he doesn't fight the wrong fight.

Pulev is a nice name to have on the resume and would be Joshua's 2nd best opponent so far.

However, Pulev hasn't got much of a chance of winning if we are to be realistic here. He may trouble Joshua with his jab but that isn't going to keep Joshua away for long. Pulev does not have the power to keep him away and seems to have lost a step these last 2-3 years. Likely Pulev will win the first and/or second rounds with his nice jab but there is very little chance Joshua just allows him to keep winning rounds. Despite being a fairly basic fighter he is a very good offensive fighter and he will finish Pulev not long after he decides to go for the finish. He wouldn't be able to keep winning rounds against Joshua because his defence is poor and he'll end up being caught with big punches. From there he does not have the chin to keep taking them, or the movement to stay away. I expect Joshua to drop Pulev by the third and get a referee stoppage in the 4th round.

Pulevs been good in his time and will be a good name on AJs record, that's why the fight has been made

I still think wilder is the one to stop AJ,he's height, power, strength i think that is the matchup we are waiting for, they will both be at their peak and i have a feeling wilder will be too powerful, AJ's defence is average/standard and if one wilder right hook goes through that's it.

    What?

He has been fed pony all his career apart from Clit and Ustinov - his last opponent sums up his career FFS

Absolutely zero chance. Just watch Pulev getting his arse handed to him by Wlad to see what will happen here. No head movement, and **** guard will see him out in three. Expect him to be on him bum the first time he's hit.

He doesn't have either the speed or the reach to get near AJ either.

    Nope.

Pulev is the HW version of Bute, imho.

Wlad, who isn't exactly Mike Tyson in terms of offence, took Pulev out in 4-5 rounds. AJ will eat this guy for breakfast. 2-3 rounds, tops.

if pulev fights like he did against klichko his getting knocked out but if he moves and gets that jab working and makes aj miss and aj starts to tire i would give him a chance but i can see him getting hurt early and knocked out pulev should have fought a better class of fighter before fighting aj fighting trash does not help

Don't understand this gas tank thing or chin thing

He got put on his ass by a fighter that has 50 ko and came back to finish him off in the 11th .. showing great stamina and heart ..

When your 18 stone your gonna gas at multiple stages through a fight against an equal opponent. But decent recovery shows your stamina and heart which joshus showed he has
