Cmon man Pulev beat in his 15 fight dimitrenko 16 fight ustinov 17 fight thony thompson in his 2nd fight he beat gbenga okulun who was 17-1 before he faced pulev I do like Joshua bit he's not the true champ if Pulev, Ortiz, Povetkin, Haye fought Martin for title they also would be champs (sorry for the bad english)
I didn't see your comment Bratle ... but I told the same to the guys on the forum joshua is paper champ and he will get battered against Klitschko, haye, fury, ortiz, pulev, and povetkin
None of those fighters saw Joshua on qu33r street vs the likes of Sconiers, Nichols, Firtha etc. They didnt see him knocked clean out by a LHW/CW in the ams. Kindof hard to come to win when you aint seen the champ bothered but one time, vs a highly rated and competent rival in Whyte.
Nobody in the HW division has gotten the gift title fights left by the exodus/falloff of the K2. They dominated HW boxing for almost 20 yrs. For almost 20 yrs we've seen only a handful of promising contenders show promise due to Vitali's 4 yr layoff, and Wlad's 3 yr downturn. It's unquestionable that the likes of Haye, Potvetkin, Pulev, Peter, and Ibragimov were robbed of rightfully earned HW title runs due to dominance of the K2. But Wlad's gonna be gone soon enough and Vitali has a continent to his N that is trying to take his country as hostage. So he's got a much larger ring to defend. Sadly Pulev and Potvetkin and Haye are aging, but they all have the TALENT to hang around long enough to capture a genuine title vs the likes of Wilder, Ortiz, or Parker.
This doesn't actually make sense ,you are blaming how his competition fought not exactly who he fought ? Which is wrong anyone bc Joshua is that good ,if he were to struggle you guys would then be calling him a bum or a hype job,.lol
This isnt true ,you look at opposition not time span . You also grow with fights regardless if someone gets to 18 fights in a shorter time span ,18 fights is 18 fights . Joshuas lack of a long amateur career may be why he was not progressed faster at that point ? Regardless Joshua is ahead by far than any HW ever in just 18 fights ,the magnitude of his next fight would be the same level had Wlad himself fought Lewis in his 19th fight ,or say even Tyson fought Holmes in 1986 than 1988 on his19th fight . If anyone can defeat Wlad in under 20 fights thats about as good measuring stick as one can get on how good they are.
It's not the resume it's the level of hype and and attention verses who he's faced. He was very fortuitous to face a total bum in Martin for a strap. Wlad in 00 had to beat Chris Byrd who in 00 would have gone through all of Joshua's resume.
There's no need for people to "chill". I'm the leader of the pack who believe with all my confidence that Aj would run through any HW'S top 5 of any Era right now . I believe Aj even with his very minimal experience is truly the best HW our sport has ever seen. he might not have the greatest career because I feel there is such a small chance he'll have to come back and avenge any losses. Silliest but factual ingredients needed for a truly "great" career is that fighter showing vulnerability (losing) then building themselves back up and beating that fighter that conquered you. Aj could get caught and ko'd, the only possible way one could upset him. we have Haye and DW'S of the division with that rare type of power that would render anyone unconscious . I feel it's unlikely but it still could happen. Problem i see is he has the fmj and GGG syndrome. he's so much better than everyone in his division and he can't move up or down to meet a more difficult opponent . Going unbeaten actually hurts fighters, look at kovalev, he is not what I thought he was, he's a whole level or more below i believed, see, I was wrong with him. But say ward doesn't retire, Kovalev should be able to beat him easily. if the fight goes exactly the same every judge will have Kovalev winning hugely. Aj is special , Kovalev proved me wrong but, I wasn't close to confident with kovalev. I wasn't sure about him but he beats ward in a rematch and all the sudden his the next coming of God
WRONG. You're talking out your ass. The IBF belonged to Wlad and then Fury. NOT top contender Glasov. Dropping down 4 notches by the time AJ got his hands on it made it totally worthless.. There's a very good reason why the belt fell to Stiverne and its because Vitali chose not to defend against him. Fury wasn't given a choice when the belt was TAKEN from him. That means the WBC belt was up for grabs fair and square and Stivene destroyed Arrolea to become a legitimate Champ. Wilder then won it beating BS in a 12- zero shut out. Martin didn't beat no legit champ , therefor he was not a legit champ himself , just a paper mickey mouse champ. Beating BS >>>> beating mickey mouse Charles Martin. FACT. Silence. Monsour was giving Breazzele a horrific battering before he bit his tongue in half in a freak accident. Mounsour was dominating and had the fight in the bag. Easily. Cunningham BEAT Monsour straight up. Fury handed Cunningham the first and only knock out loss of his career. Chisora , Klitschko , Cunningham , Hammer, Johnson are better wins than Brezzele who is one of the worst cans in the sport. You must stop tying up this nonsense in future ok?
For goodness sake, he went life and death with Dillian Whyte lol. It's fine if you believe all that stuff but, I personally don't yet see any reason to.
It doesn't really matter who had a chance at the belt ,Joshuas most easy opposition who are in top ten would be Pulev, Parker and (if hes still ranked ) Fury who he would absolutely mug stylistically . And i bet Martin would crush Cunningham and probably out box Stiverne who just stands in one spot, did you see his last fight ??? IDK i heard he should have lost and was even knocked down to a guy half the level as Martin . P.S Mansour was getting rocked all over from counter right hands hands while pressing forward as the fight went on ,he was not going to last the distance vs the much bigger Breazeale who would k.o him under 6 rnds in another fight because he actually trains now to his capabilities.
Whyte won one rnd . I think Joshua is more talented than Lewis was who i have in my top 3 now ,(for now ) . Icant recall a SHW with the balance of everything a near perfect fighter should from physical , attributes ,intangibles and smarts than Joshua has , Manny Steward ( RIP ) would be salivating with envy had he been around today.
I think thats what your biggest problem is on every thread ,the letters you read get scrambled like a broken link . You are seeing maybe those Chef Boyardee alpha bet noodle soup , you mix around those letters that dont actually spell anything ,this would explain why you are the most out of touch poster. lmao
