Miranda won the third round in my opinion, he was more active and Abraham only landed two solid blows that stunned Miranda, the rest was all Miranda.

How can the Florida State Boxing/Sports commision bar Abraham from fighting in the entire US because of the actions of his brother?WAAYYY overboard.

Still not sure if what happened is confirmed.Nobody seems to have saw anything on the TV broadcast nor was there any mention of anything.

I read it. ESPN is a little more reliable than the other page quoted.

everything Miranda threw was blocked, and Abraham almost knocked him down.

    Home town judging imo

Abraham was fined by the Seminole tribal Boxing Commision not the Florida commision. I may be mistaken, but I think a tribal reservation is almost it's own government.

Yeah they were blocked but still Miranda was more active there and Abraham landed 2 punches worth mentioning, I would like to agree but Miranda just did more there and was more active. Basically Abraham just blocked 30 punches and landed 2 worth mentioning, can't give him the round for that and only that, judges usually look at activity there too.

Alright saw the 3rd round for the second time now that I have downloaded the fight, that round definitely belonged to Abraham. Maybe the sopcast wasn't clear enough and I was too much into the fight that I didn't notice well enough. Abraham landed some pretty good jabs there, body shots and two solid shots that rocked Miranda, definitely his round.

    :good

Watching the fight live (on TV) I scored it in favour of Miranda, too.

Don't think they'll start this fuss for nothing, Alex doesn't have much to say about it either so they must be right.

I took another look at the video, and I couldn't find anything that would indicate anyone kicked Miranda. He was sitting in the corner, surrounded by the doctor and the referee, so it is hard to see how Alex Abraham could even get there to assault him. Also, it was his brother, who lifted him up after the fight - while Miranda was still sitting on the ground - so there wasn't much time for him to go there and kick him. If this story were true, he must have stormed into the ring to kick Miranda (somehow managed to avoid being caught on camera, even though one camera was with Miranda all the time), and then just went on to celebrate with his brother. That all doesn't seem very plausible to me.

This is nonsense... commissions arrange hearings if anything illegal happens and it take days, sometime weeks to give a suspension or fine a boxer and not on a hang-over Sunday morning...

I've found no video evidence that Alexander Abraham did something illegal and a poster who was at ringside confirmed that he didn't see Alexander attacking neither Miranda nor the doctor.

Alexander Abraham is hardly a team member, he's the brother of the champ and a ***** if you ask me, but still not a 'representative' of Team Abraham.

Arthur, trainer Wegner and Mr. Sauerland are all gentlemen, nothing illegal have ever happened in an Arthur Abraham event before, so I don't know where's this sh*t coming from.

By the way, giving a suspension is the right of the local commission and can enforce only to his jurisdiction (Florida). Arthur Abraham did nothing to get fined or get a suspension, all he did is knocked out Miranda in a boxing match and someone is trying to discredit his win. I don't see Abraham getting suspended in the US, so stop the BS.
