I thought you'd gone as well, I come back to check new posts, and noticed the second Del Boy thread had disappeared, what was you saying mate? What was said?

 

Well if Purdy wins its a great fight. He won't.

If Purdy does really well again Alexander, take him 12 rounds and loses a dodgy decision, or that fight would also make sense.

If Brook remains mandatory all he needs to do is maintain that position for 9 months, and then he can fight the IBF champ by Jan next year. In the meantime Brook can get 2 fights in. A learning 10 rounder on an undercard, and a decent name in Sheffield in November. Like an Andre Berto.

 

The Del Boy thread was made. A few people saying Del Boy is crazy to leave Frank as he stood by him, got him big fights...and that Sky had been slagging him off.

I said that we live in the UK, and people get 2nd chances here. all criticisms of Chisora from Sky were valid at the time.

 

Purdy is embarrassingly outboxed here. Doubt he wins a round and probs get stopped.

 

:deal Yes this is the best of a bad job , but good on Purdy for taking the fight. And i dont see Alexander stopping Purdy just outboxing him

 

I'm pleased for Purdy but I'd have rather seen Vassell in there.
