Confirmed for the Casey-Rigondeaux undercard. I'm not all that impressed by Acosta but I think he takes Hyland handily. He slaps with his punches at times, apparently due to hand problems, and Hyland seems to have a decent set of whiskers, but I think he'll land often enough to force a stoppage win.

    Who've you lads got?

acosta stoppage id say, cant see why hyland took the fight, he doesn't have the skills to outbox acosta and is feather fisted. fair play to him though. just bad fight for him imo especially straight after the loss to casey.

Acosta by mid rounds stoppage, if Hyland had some pop it would be a very good fight but he just dosent have enough to keep Acosta off him. Credit has to go to Hyland for taking such a tough fight so soon after his lost to Casey.

Yeah I thought he'd try and ease back into things. He's got a lot of heart though, and either he knows his level now and wants to get some decent paydays before he loses to someone that's below the level of the Casey's and Acosta's of the world or he genuinely thinks it was his own performance that let him down against Casey and that he can rectify himself by fighting smart.

Acosta inside 6. Dont no what Hyland was thinking of facing straight after the Casey fight.

I know, they said they would air boxing fairly regularly during the Moore-Healy card, and then they never showed it again. Strange. Hope they get this set in stone quickly though.

Jim Rock is pretty good actually, and always gives an honest assessment even if its not the "party line"

Maybe Steve Collins might get back on the job, especially since his was aquitted for punching that foreign bouncer.
Respect to Paulie for taking on this fight......
