    The rest of this year is gonna be rough on my body and nerves........ I gotta go on a pretty strict diet and get my workout plan rolling ASAP! I wanna be 190ish by Christmas.... The Beers, Bottle and Hash pipe need to go up on the shelf for a while, too..... The first 60 days or so, I'll be on edge looking to squeeze all the Cider outta someone's Adams Apple if they provoke me with bull**** while I'm dieting / stressing out....... I'm serious........:scaredas:

    Note::deal

    I know this dude who flipped just after going through a nicotine / caffeine withdrawl after going cold turkey on smokes and coffee for a month....... He was ready to start WW3 with society......... Just after "3" days of sobriety, he was shaking, shivering & sweating like a pig while sitting in a chair........ It's a sickness.............:shock:

    Yeah, I have to stay busy and active..... Some folks can eat and drink whatever they want to and it doesn't bother them.... Me, if I slack off, I pack on the pounds rather quickly..... I have always been able to go up and down in weight....... I am short and stocky.... I'm not a 6' bean-pole who's stomach is sucked into his spinal chord..........:-:)blood:|:think:twisted::shock::good:bbb

    At age 29, I could still drink, smoke & **** all night long and come into work by at least 9:00 a.m. and pull it off...... Pop a couple of Excedrin 500 mg. Tabs. and I was fine by lunch time....... Them days are GONE!!!

    Now, at age 42, my hangovers enable me to wanna kill a ******* before noon time, upon being disturbed with any company bull****........

    Norton never lifted weights in the 70s, I heard from Norton own mouth. Norton starting lifting after he retired and says he wished he had lifted during his career.

    Chuvalo is what, 71 or 72?

    I doubt he's lifting 400 lbs BUT I will say that I saw a RING article about him and his anti-drug work in 2007 and he looks damn great for a man his age.

    Chuvalo lost some weight a while ago because he was up to 300+ pounds in retirement for a while there...... He reportably broke a lawn chair while sitting in one several yrs ago....... He was hefty........
