Perhaps I was a little harsh but, too me at least, this current crop pales slightly in comparison to the guys from years ago where the likes of Hoost, Hug, Cro-Cop, Aerts (prime), Bernado, Filho, Le Banner (prime) and so on fought.

On K-1's official website, Alistair's listed as 242 lbs (109.9kg) I'm still looking for the weigh in results ..

As light as that? Wow he looks at least 250-260. I think he's very top heavy though.

For the Hari fight Overeem came in at 254lbs. He most probably weighed around the same.

Type Alistair Overeem into google and one of the first things to come up on the drop down bar with predicted phrases is 'Alistair Overeem steroids'!:rofl

He may be 240ish. He is ALL shoulder, traps and chest. He is VERY lean in the waist and hips. Dude is certainly a freak. Lots of guys juice but rarely do they look anything like him, great genetics.

O no question about his genetics. Their superb in their response to hormones. But theres no way he's as light as 240. He's definitly approaching 260lbs at least.

I actually liked the fights. Good KO's are nice, but I can also enjoy hard fought ( Feitosa vs Zimmerman ) or technical bouts ( Manhoef vs Remy ).

Overeem looked great. He actually very good kickboxing skills right now, which isn't surprising as he trains t Golden Glory under Cor Hemmers. Aerts couldn't even get through his guard. Impressive, despite the fact that Aerts is nearly 39.

O yeah I've got no problems with decision wins and I liked Zimmerman/Feitosa and Manhoef/Bonjasky and Aerts/Overeem. However, considering the fighters and the match-ups, I was expecting more KOs.
