All round gloves with optimal hand protection?

    Hi all,
    I'm looking for some good quality gloves that can be used for the heavy bag, padwork and occasional sparring. Thing is, I'm a musician and am dependent on my hands, so excellent protection is a must! Any advice? Cheers!

    you really shouldnt use the same gloves for sparring and mitts and heavybag.

    one pair from heavybag and mitts...one for sparring.....

    Ringside has some decent sparring gloves. If you can call Grant, they make some very good bag gloves

    ringside imf sparring gloves is good gloves with decent price. I don't have enough money so I just use this glove for bag and mitts as well, but it works fine. plus ringside imf protects your hands very well.
