I could be watching PW, Mosley, Cotto, PBF, Berto slug it out at 147 and all I get is: let's fight a wiener at a catch weight for more money.

    What next?

"I will fight him as long as he promises not to knock me out".

You got it right. People running boxing are getting to greedy and are ripping off fans from real boxing. I think some of these "catch weight" fights are suspicious. Their making big "fights" with big names with fighters from different divisions that cant be competitive so they arrange them to be so. And if people keep buying in to it its gona get worse, and boxing will become a joke.

Perhaps Mayweather is not fooling the fans afterall, they seem to see through this crap. For such a huge amount of money, he should be fighting Cotto, Williams, or ever Pac.

Problem is that most of the PPV numbers are not afficianados of the sweet science. They want to get pissed with their mates, which I want to do too, whilst watching a decent fight.
