Calzaghe's win over Tocker Pudwill was more impressive than going life and death over 12 rounds with Rick Thornberry.
Arguably more impressive than a W over that version of Roy,the old and steroid addled version he said he'd never fight in his book. What a **** Lennox Lewis is top of that list,no disputing that
I'm assuming all the other tomato cans that Calzaghe defended his one shitty belt against were late replacements also? :think
Come on give Calzaghe a bit of credit chaps. Whats wrong with you people? The guy was an incredible fighting machine. Fearless is the word that springs to mind! Yet you guys try and claim he was somehow managed in such a way as to preserve his unbeaten record as that was the only way he could sell a ticket whilst under Mr Warrens guidance? Do you not think that even if he had of lost a couple of fights against top opposition people would have still travelled in their droves to see this god given talent? Sheesh you guys are a tough sell.
Is this sarcastic I can't tell?? If he fought top guys in their prime he may have been more of a draw outside of Cardiff and wouldn't have been fighting(and promoting)a fight against a shot 40 yr old Roy and giving tickets away to ensure the crowd wasn't too embarrasing in terms of figures
History is founded on these incredible people who have almost super powers. First there was Adam and eve, then there was Jesus and now we have joe and enzo calzaghe! We are truly blessed.
