    IMO he has talent.
has great power in his left hook
    good zize and boxing abilty.

also is very articulate and charasmatic.

trouble is he has not beaten anyone in the worlds top 30 that i can think of at the time he fought them.

that low level of comp is the reason he is not higher.

also not wanting a world title shot because it is in canada and not the usa is baffling when his other options were denmark/wales and australia is very hard to understand.

agreed. also considering the american based fighters at 168: taylor, miranda, lacy, manfredo etc. dont have any titles! so he would have to travel. altho i do believe he would have to KO bute to clinch the IBF. maybe 175 is calling?? at 6"2 he could make it and take on some of the older fraternity?

I've always liked Green and thought he had big talent, but he really screwed himself by signing to fight on FNF's then refusing to show. I don't think we'll be seeing him on TV again any time soon...Last I heard he was still suspended too.

I heard he had to get part of his colon removed because he tried to hold in his poop for too long.

This guy hasn't fought for a regional belt ... he's not in championship contention ... nor has he beat a top 10 ranked opponent, yet he acts as if he's accomplished so much.

I feel bad for him because he's in a loaded division now and it'll be interesting to see how he fairs against some of that young talent at SMW.

no, that was awhile ago. He already came back from that and fought at least once, maybe twice. Then he done ****ed up...:lol: and walked away from a fight at the last minute.

he just seems to lack ambition as he constantly fights in his backyard, literally. and hasnt moved on or tried to progree his career with his choice of oponents. no one here really knows how he would fare against some of the bigger names at 168 unless he actually does. but until then i cant campaign for him to be considered a big name at 168.

he's wastin his chances as he reaches prime age of mid to late twenty's. get ur act 2getha allan and fight someone of significance!

allen has been with tony holden in tulsa for a while and just recentley left him as his promoter,i here he is in florida with his new trainer, and the only reason he lost to miranda was his stomach. and on mcCrarey he used to come spar allen two weeks at a time so he new how to box allen very well. he deserves a bigger fight.

He's also a dip**** who pulls out of fights without telling anyone at the last minute, and who has repeatedly agreed to fight guys orally only to never sign on the dotted line. At this point, he's had fights with Lacy, Manfredo and Pascal set up at one point or another, only to never sign. I realize Green has some ancillary problems, but he needs to get his own head straight if he wants to be taken seriously - more focus in the ring, and more headiness out of it.

Green pulling out of that fight on ESPN didn't do him any favors. I'm sure he'll be back but it will take some time.

he needs to fight someone highly ranked in his next fight cos no1 is gonna give him a shot and the big US names are miranda, taylor and lacy. green should be up there with them by now. the only reason lacy gets a mention is cos he's a former world champ. i seriously think most top 168 fighters have the beating of him now. his last fight was abismal.
