Dumbbell flyes, incline flyes, one arm bench, incline one arm bench, one arm flye (holy ****), dips, push ups, one arm push ups, ab wheel flye rollouts....

  2. Clap push ups(a combination of a few will be a good workout), put a medicine ball under one hand and alternate, medicine ball throws, dips. If its possible a good workout that many people look past is to get someone to hold your legs while you go for a couple wheel barrow sprints add some pushups at the end. Also look into kettle bells.

Unless you also train your back you are going to mess up your posture, get some bent over db rows into your routine.

the press up is a good alternative to a bench press, try different variations of it eg diamond press ups, clap press ups etc

Wait a minute here Virus. I have an advertisement in the back of an old "Muscular Development" with this really built guy with electrodes all over him and you could literally shock your muscles into growth by this machine. It was next to growing your ***** 3 inches in less than a minute and the phone sex hotline ads.

That being said, I think I have disputed effectively the "shock your muscles" is very real!:deal
