I don't like Rhodes' lack of rounds since Moore. He's become inactive against mediocre opposition. At his age, ring rust can become deep set.

Impossible to speculate whats going to happen with these alphabelts these days with silver diamond belts etc they can pretty much manipulate things however they want. Rhodes not being tied with an established promoter/manager doesnt fill me with confidence either
Certainly Rhodes is the highest avalible contender so hopefully he will get his shot. quote a few good fighters in the rankings.
if rhodes has any chance of winning a world title fight it has to happen soon. he's at the age where it can all go wrong at any time. i think he would have a hard night against lucas konecny for the euro title
Rhodes has been too inactive. For my money, Angulo beats all of those four, with Margo being the hardest fight for him. Alvarez is mixing it up with former welters/light welters/lightweights, Rhodes is not bankable for him and he won't be put anywhere near the other two. If he wants a meaningless title, Berto would be his best route IMO.
Why the hell is margarito ranked so highly? The guy hasn't won a meaningful fight in years and got beaten down from the division by daniel santos! Pacman made him look like a guy fresh off the couch. Margarito isn't a top thirty fighter let alone top 5. It should be rhodes vs konecny imo. I can't see angulo being available. Cintron would be a good fight for rhodes also.
Is Margo having a tuneup before the Cotto rematch? I wouldn't be shocked if the WBC try and gift it to him somehow.
