    fight was supposed to be 150 catchweight.

    Alvarez people now want it at 154

    the weigh in time as also been moved I beleive.

    things like this need to be made known, Poor matt is getting royally ****ed up the arse here, a lot gets said about the bloke, but knowing him, he'll just take it and get in the ring anyway.

    Matty Hatton = warrior
    Saul Alvarez = petulant joke

    end of the day I find it a weird move by both camps, Alvarez indicated he was moving down to 147, he looks slightly flabby at 154.

    I stated on a thread last week that Hatton better have it in the contract that he can weigh anything between 148-154. IF he is forced to weigh 154 then it could end up hampering his movement and cherry ripe for Alvarez.

    Yeah I've heard the same, also the article says that both have to weigh in at 154?

    So the weight suits Alvarez, the weigh-in & re-hydrate time suits him too :lol:

    Matt will be in the mid 150's in the ring, whereas Alvarez will be pushing 170.

    And he's calling out JMM :patsch

    agreed but this rule should stand for all, and he is only 20:D but if its in the contract you cannot budge on what in the black and white can you?

    Does Hatton genuinely believe he can win, or does he recognise that the pay cheque is just too good to turn down? I realise that he has been on a decent run recently, but the gulf in class is surely going to be huge isn't it?

    I don't mean that derogatively, as no fighter enters the ring knowing he is going to lose, but there are much easier ways for Hatton to get a belt.

    its for a 154 belt so there should be no cryin form anyone

    Its for the 154 WBC belt so what the **** are they crying about? It should be at 154!!! Matt Hatt should shut his trap and thank himself lucky hes even fighting for a world title at all.

    Its for the belt...therefore nobody should be moaning that its at 154.

    This catchweight nonsense in title matches has to stop.
