I think he will hurt him enough to keep him honest. But dont think there will be any knockouts.

    I agree.
As long as Cottos legs keep going i think he takes this on points.

I'm actually taking Cotto by TKO. Canelo doesn't often turn defense into offense, and against a good veteran puncher like Cotto, he can find himself walking into some big shots. Experience will help Cotto, as will having fought so many quick fighters. Canelo will seem a lot more manageable, even with his size.

Canelo is one of the best combination fighters in the sport and will always look good with the likes of Angulo. However, all this advantages can be easily neutralized by basic footwork, that is what Cotto gotta do. Technically speaking, Cotto is no Mayweather and no Lara, that is why it can be closer then most people here think. Cotto is a solid puncher, but Canelo has good chin, so I doubt Cotto will be enough to take Canelo away.

I see Cotto winning most of the rounds in the eyes of experts, but Canelo still getting bull**** decision, which at least will draw some boxing public attention. (I believe Canelo-Lara was the biggest robbery since Pac-Bradley I)

Where the hell has Winky been lately?

I know he wanted to make a serious move into the promotion side of the business and even withheld fully merging with GBP when he was business partners with them because he really wanted to build Winky Promotions into an independent majoryt player. Nothing ever came of that.

See the fight with Cotto older smaller brother He was staggered early, but Canelo just manage to bully him, because Cotto was a lightweight.

I guess Winky believes all of the "Cotto's back" hype, but the last time I checked Canelo isn't a cripple so...Winky is wrong and Canelo beats the p*ss out of him just like Trout did.

Canelo is yet to beat a world class fighter, not buying the hype. Like three other fighters have done, Cotto will expose Canelo once again.

Well they do have 2 common opponents, Canelo dropped and beat Trout albeit barely, and Cotto got shutout by him.
Canelo won about 3 rounds against Floyd and was unaffected by Floyd's shot, Cotto won about 4 rounds against Floyd and featherfists nearly KO'd him in the 12th.

Cotto will be battered into submission by Canelo, and for the record Lara would beat Cotto as well.

I can't make a pick in this fight. It's such an intriguing matchup to me, I could see it going either way.

Winkie is completely wrong. Caneloe is going to beat the **** out of the overrated Cottoe and once again have him looking like the Elephant Man.

Cotto is going to lose horribly to Canelo.

I'll be surprised if it even happens. If it does Cotto is looking for the crown jewels in receipt of an ass whoopin
