am i alone in believing hector lombard was robbed?

    he won the fight. landed more cleaner strikes, and had more takedowns, defended more takedowns etc....rubbish decision

    Maybe he won but he certainly wasn't robbed, neither guy did much of anything to be honest.

    I felt HL won the fight....he hurt Tim in the 2nd...and took him down in the 3rd. Hell how many fights in the past...were a fighter took someone down and just rest on top. Yet HL wasn't Robbed. He didn't fight like HL dose. Didn't comeout for the KO. Left it in the judge hands.

    He didnt fight like Lombard because he actually fought someone with a pulse for the first time since Pride.

    I thought Boetsch won rounds 1 and 3.

    The only robbery that took place was against people who paid for this and saw him... "fight?".

    Yes i believe he was robbed too

    My gripe is the fact i believe Boetsch didn't tick enough boxes to get the decision , he just seemed to lumber through 3 rounds and got his hand raised ?? :huh , Lombard was fairly laboured himself but when he did something it was with intent

    After watching the fight i was like " wow , how the **** did Boetsch get the nod " ??

    When neither of the two guys do much damage, the busier guy usually wins and that was Boetsch. Lombard getting one round makes sense but him getting two? I don't see it. Boetsch backed into this victory, but he deserved it over Lombard.

    I did think he had won but I wasn't watching 100%. Started playing with my cat because it was a so so fight. Neither looked like they wanted to win.

    Lombard got exposed, and Boetsch did a better job of putting his strikes together.

    It was a split decision, if anything their should be a 5 round rematch. Give Chris Weidman his shot.

    All the hate for Hector to press the fight but Boetsch didn't do **** either...... No one deserved to win that fight but no way did Hector lose it.

    I had Lombard 2-1, but I don't especially care because everyone lost that fight.
